Local man Dan gives great attention to sourcing and cooking fresh, seasonal and local food and so we are very pleased to welcome him for the first time to Elderflower this year. He even uses veggies from his own allotment. Spade and Spoon’s menu is an exciting mix of british tapas (tartlets with slaw, beetroot humus), brioche baps (pulled pork or beetroot bean burgers) or meal boxes with local pork, herbed chicken or halloumi with delicious salads and dressings. He will also be serving up thick cut bacon, or halloumi and mushroom baps for breakfast. Eat well, be happy!
