With over 20 years of experience as a chef, Sue recently started her own mobile catering business and we’re really pleased to have her and her food truck Edith on board again this year. She promises to serve up generous portions of her homemade hearty bubble and squeak topped with either bacon and egg, smoked haddock and egg, bbq chicken or mushroom ragu with hummus. All her dishes are gluten free and a vegan option is also available. Sue loves to layer flavours and textures to give her customers a memorable food experience and she tries to champion local suppliers wherever possible, so don’t expect just any bubble and squeak from Sue and her team.
