Paul and his family run a small holding just 20 minutes north of the festival site and they will be coming along to Elderflower again this year, bringing their impressive twin tube smoker. They offer a range of different high quality meats, where possible from their own small holding. There is also a choice of ‘kids meals’ and due to the popularity of the chicken goujons last year, they are now offering them in adult-sized portions!. There will also be locally sourced sausages on offer and chunky chips as well as their own homemade coleslaw, baked beans and cheese to go with your jacket potato if you’re looking for a vegetarian option.
