We are delighted to welcome Monem to his first Elderflower Fields this year. He will be serving up delicious Egyptian street food from his orange VW Campervan. Traditional falafel or slow cooked lamb will be served on warm khobez bread, alongside tempting accompaniments and sweet basbousa, drenched in syrup and coconut. Monem will also be serving up a range of breakfasts and other treats. He uses free range lamb and eggs local to where he lives in Sussex, and all his other ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible. Welcome Monem and the Cairovan team.
