Pippingford Park is a beautiful setting for Elderflower Fields so who wouldn’t want to put on their jogging shoes and explore a little more of it. Rachael Brown is an experienced Personal Trainer, Sports Therapist and coach who has been working in the industry for over 15 years. Join her and stretch your legs off road and maybe learn some new stretches and complementary exercises for your running.
8am on Saturday and Sunday. Sessions will be approximately 45 mins including warm up, cool down and the run.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Head to the Info tent for 8am. Saturday will be for beginners and Sunday for more experienced runners. Please note there is only places for 15 people on each session which will be on a first come, first serve basis.
